Paul H Senn,
Principal, Consultant/Coach
Paul, located in the Atlanta, GA area is a hands-on professional with a comprehensive knowledge of automotive Dealership Operations. He has the ability to consistently keep pace with a rapidly changing business environment. His areas of strength include process implementation, Service and Parts department production, revenue improvement, management development and team building. He strives to improve overall department operations through solid process development, utilizing innovative leadership approaches, focusing on employee development and productivity while cultivating and maintaining superior customer service to achieve the greatest performance and profit potential of the Dealership.
Paul started in the automotive business as a Master Certified Tech. His 40+ years of experience include Dealership Fixed Operations Management, OEM Consultant/Trainer, National Technical Trainer and Business Owner.
He has direct experience with “lean” process implementation in both Dealership Service/Parts Departments and Collision Centers.
Paul has worked with over 260 dealers across the United States and Puerto Rico, including but not limited to:
