I spent 3 days with Paul at the dealer in Puerto Rico. I just wanted to drop a note to mention how impressed I was with Paul’s knowledge and ability to communicate in a situation, which may be less than ideal. Although his fixed ops knowledge was very evident, what I found most notable was the sincerity in his interactions. While the language barrier made it difficult for them to understand some of the phrases we have grown so accustomed to here is the U.S., He really did a great job working on establishing the trust factor needed to make this a successful program.
